INFORMATION
1. Design & Material
The Series 7600/11000 is Steam Sterilizer with the designation and production by A.S.M.E Regulation.
High quality material of SUS316L for Chamber implements good durability by protecting its erosion.
2. Fully Automatic Control equipped with PLC or Embedded system
Easy operation and control with the implementation of Full Automatic system by PLC or embedded system.
3. Safety Device of the system
Checking the whole conditions prior to operating with self-diagnostic function.
The Error message are showed on the display and sounded the alarm when the problem happen on the operation or the condition is not setting before the start.
Happening malfunction, operation stopping, Beeping and Displaying the "ER" and "Error Number"
Safety Valve- prevent from overpressure.
Door interlock system-if the chamber pressure is over 30kpa, the door is not opened by mechanical door lock system.
4. Air filter
Re-pollution controlling by accepting new filter that can filter the particles of 0.3㎛ up to 99.98% and filtering air inflowing to chamber from outside at the process of drying cycle
5. Vacuum System
The sterilization is initiated by a vacuum pump (or water ejector) generating a high vacuum to remove remaining air in the load on the Pre-vacuum and Flash Cycle.
The steam vapor is removed by vacuum system to improve load drying in the dry process.
Higher vacuum & Lower consumption of water by equipping watering-system pump.
6. Display Section
Display is the 5.7” TFT LCD color Touch Screen, which can select the operation cycle.
Large sized display to easily and clearly check the process for cycles from long distance.
Can be conversed in Korean or English.
Cycle process is displaying by blinking on the status.
Display the remaining Sterilization and Dry time (Countdown)
7. Vacuum System
It prints out the data for user to judge and record the result of sterilize cycle.
The paper shows started sate and setting value of cycles.
Also shows critical information under the cycles (Time, Temperature, Pressure).
